At Hip Hop Culture Awards, we aim to showcase the positive impact of hip hop in our community. Join us Saturday August 30th at Smooth Lounge and Grill in honoring the trailblazers and role models who shape our culture. We will be recognizing Rap Artists, R-n-B Artists, Southern Soul Artists, DJs, Radio Stations, Poets, Small Businesses, Barbers, Hairstylists, Comedians, Models, Clothing Brands and more. THE CATEGORY TROPHIES GOES TO THE PERSON WITH THE MOST VOTES THAT IS IN ATTENDANCE OR HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE IN ATTENDANCE!! ALL NOMINEES THAT LET US KNOW THAT THEY ARE ATTENDING BY AUG 15TH WILL RECIEVE A NOMINATION AWARD. NOMINEES MUST PURCHASE A TICKET. FOR PROMOTIONAL FLYERS PLEASE PURCHASE A TICKET OR MAKE A DONATION. (TO QUALIFY TO WIN THE CATEGORY AWARDS YOU MUST PURCHASE A TICKET)
Details and Rules;
1. Once payment is received ($10 per song) specific submission instructions will be sent within 24 hours to the email address provided.
2. There are no Refunds or exchanges of song once submitted.
3. Winners that will perform at the award show for the grand prize, are chosen by a panel of industry professionals and DJs.
4. 2 winners will be chosen by the panel to perform at the award show.
5. The Grand prize will be given away at the award show to the winner of the ultimate competition. (Winners of the Award show competition is chosen by the crowd and the judges by a scoring system.)
6. All songs submitted have the opportunity for radio play, movie placement and other prizes without being the winners.
7. First place prize for the Song Competition: Perform at the Award show Aug. 30th, promotional flyer, song played on multiple stations, radio interview, podcast interview, free beat, promo and studio time at 16 bars recording studio.
GRAND PRIZE: (GIVEN AWAY AT THE AWARD SHOW); CASH $100-$500 (DETAILS APPLY), STUDIO TIME, VIDEO SHOOT, FREE BEAT, SPOTIFY PLAYLIST, MAGAZINE COVER, TV INTERVIEW, RADIO INTERVIEW, PODCAST INTERVIEW, RADIO ROTATION ON MULTIPLE STATIONS, CONSULTATION FROM A MUSIC INDUSTRY PROMOTIONAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN.
